Symptom

  • Random issue with I-9 section 2 task not displayed in the Home page Card.
  • The same task appears in the To-Do section and can be completed from the header or the onboarding dashboard.
  • Behavior is inconsistent: some onboardees display the task on the tile, others do not.
  • No error messages are displayed.
