3742028 - Cannot change vendor account group from one-time Vendor to normal Vendor in XK07 (error WY113)

Symptom

  •  When attempting to change account group from one-time vendor to normal vendor in transaction XK07 the following error is encountered:
    • Error WY113: "Supplier & is one-time supplier: account group cannot be changed".
  • There is a requirement to change this error message WY113 to a warning in OBA5
