3742055 - When accessing the app "Implementation activity" many configuration activities are missing - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When searching for configuration activities in the "Implementation activity" app, the user notices that many configurations are missing.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the "Implementation activity" app
2. Click in the search icon top right of the screen
3. Search for any configuration activity
4. See that many activities are missing

By default, the 'Exclude read-only' filter is set. This setting can be changed to 'No filter'. Then it is possible to see read-only activities.

1. Click in the button "Apply filter/Change filter"
2. Select the option "no filter" in the dropdown
3. Click in the green button bottom right or press F5.
