3742107 - Italy RFUMSV00 / s_alr_87012357: extra page with only header when generating vat returns

Symptom

When running program RFUMSV00 / S_ALR_87012357 with variants for generating Italy VAT returns, an extra page is produced that contains only header data (company information) without transaction content or values.
Behavior is similar to the issue described in note 1146647 “RFUMSV00: Blank page printed at end of list”.

The issue occurs consistently with different variants.
