3742157 - ProductionOrder Changed event not generated after 102 reversal for production order

• After posting a material document reversal with movement type 102 against a production order (via Material Document OData API), the production order status is updated (for example, status change involving DLV), but no business event sap/s4/beh/productionorder/v1/ProductionOrder/Changed/v1 is emitted.
• When the 102 reversal is posted manually using the Post Goods Movement app with reference to the production order, only material document events are emitted; no production order changed event is emitted.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Post a partial reversal by creating a material document with movement type 102 that references a production order (via Material Document OData API) or post the 102 reversal manually in the Post Goods Movements app with reference to the production order.
2. Verify that the production order status changes.
3. Check the event monitor: no sap/s4/beh/productionorder/v1/ProductionOrder/Changed/v1 event is emitted.

When the reversal is posted through MM logic, the system updates the production order status through specialized logic, but this processing does not trigger the production-order business event framework for ProductionOrder/Changed.

This is currently the standard system behavior. When a reversal is posted with movement type 102 against a production order, the production order status may be updated, but this processing does not trigger the business event sap/s4/beh/productionorder/v1/ProductionOrder/Changed/v1.
