3742168 - recurring deduction card shows 0 in amount/percentage/units while detail shows correct value in latest people profile

Difference in the value displayed in Amount/Percentage/Number of Units on the Recurring Deduction card and View All list (shows 0) versus the record details (shows the correct value) in Latest People Profile.

1. Go to an employee profile.
2. Navigate to People Profile > Recurring Deduction.
3. Select “View All”.
4. Observe that the card/list displays 0 for Amount/Percentage/Number of Units.
5. Click the record to expand the details.
6. Observe that the details show the correct value (for example, 8).

The pay component from the recurring deduction is configured with type percentage and the user is not assigned any pay component, under compensation information, related to the needed pay component group. 

Whenever we configure a pay component with "percentage" type we need to select a "base pay component group". This way, the amount from the employee will be calculated using the percentage and the value assigned for any of the pay components from the pay component group.

The user needs to be assigned, under compensation information, one of the pay components from the pay component group below to have the amount under recurring deductions correctly calculated.

Note: Keep in mind that in order to have the data refreshed in "Recurring Deduction" portlet, you will need to save the record again. For example, if you have a previous pay component added to "compensation information" and it got removed, fefore saving the recurring deduction data, it will still show the initial value connected with the pay component.
