3742186 - Gender dropdown shows duplicate values in Personal Information - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• The standard HRIS field “Gender” shows duplicate values in the dropdown within personal information.
• The value label appears duplicated (at the beginning and at the end of the displayed value).
• The behavior started after the 1H2026 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to a user’s profile.
2. Start to edit Personal Information.
3. Choose an effective date for the change.
4. Open the Gender field dropdown.
5. Observe that values appear duplicated.

Engineering has provided a code fix for this issue, which will be applied via patch on May 12th in Preview environments.
