When changing answers to prescreening questions after initial submission are not purged in the Application Audit

1. Configure a job with prescreening questions.
2. Have a candidate apply and provide answers to the prescreening questions.
3. Have the candidate change one or more prescreening answers after initial submission.
4. Anonymize/delete the candidate/application (for example, deleted on demand by candidate/admin).
5. Open the application history/audit.
6. Observe that while the application and other fields are anonymized, prescreening answers in the audit trail remain visible (not anonymized).

• This is a current limitation of the legacy workbench: Audit entries for prescreening question changes are not anonymized even when screening responses are anonymized in screening details and reports. No fixes are planned for legacy workbench since it will be deprecated.  
• Use the redesigned UXR workbench for ongoing processes and future use cases, as fixes and enhancements are delivered there.  
• Note that anonymized applications in statuses such as “deleted on demand by candidate/admin” are not yet supported for viewing in the UXR workbench. Use the legacy workbench only to view those cases.
