• The CDS view "I_BPRELATIONSHIP_2" is not available via Communication Arrangement 0531.
• The issue occurs when using HANA DB Cloud Remote System to connect to S/4HANA.
• Virtual tables can be created locally for several CDS views, but not for "I_BPRELATIONSHIP_2".
• When expanding "I_BPRELATIONSHIP_2" in Remote Objects, no child nodes are shown and virtual objects cannot be created.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Log in to SAP HANA Database Explorer for the HANA DB Cloud remote system.
2. Open Catalog.
3. Navigate to Remote Sources and select the configured S/4HANA remote source (Communication Arrangement 0531).
4. Locate the CDS view I_BPRELATIONSHIP_2.
5. Attempt to expand the node and create virtual object(s); observe that no child nodes are available and creation cannot proceed.

The CDS view I_BPRELATIONSHIP_2 lacked required SONT and Data Extraction annotations (and a representative key), so SDI/HANA DB Cloud could not expose it for virtual table creation via Communication Arrangement 0531.

1. Wait for the correction for I_BPRELATIONSHIP_2 to be delivered with CFD3 (scheduled for May 17, 2026).
2. After the system update is applied, no manual action is required; the fix becomes effective automatically.
3. Refresh the remote source metadata and attempt to expand I_BPRELATIONSHIP_2 and create virtual object(s) again.
