You can successfully search for a batch using the batch number in the Batch Information Cockpit, but when you search by material, that batch does not appear in the "selection result for batches" screen.

Some of the batches are not shown in the "selection result for batches" screen because of the maximum batch display limitation.

To change the setting of database selection, please follow the steps below:

1. Go into the Batch Information Cockpit app.
2. Click on Utilities.
3. Click on User settings.
4. Find the "Database selection."
5. Change the value of "Maximum No. of Batches."
