3742258 - [1H2026] People Search / Selector shows 'USER_SYS_ASSIGNMENTHEADER' instead of Position

• Since the 1H 2026 preview release, the People Selector displays the text 'USER_SYS_ASSIGNMENTHEADER' under user names instead of their position titles.
• Issue persists in multiple areas of SuccessFactors such as Org Chart, Manage Workflows, Add Contingent Wizard, or Goal Management. 
• When searching for users in the People Selector, it is not possible to determine which user is being selected because the position label is not shown.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Log in to the 1H26 instance. 
2. Navigate to the Goal Management or Org Chart (issue can also persists on Add Contingent Wizard or Manage Workflows). 
3. Open the People Selector and search for any user name.
4. Observe that the label beneath each result shows 'USER_SYS_ASSIGNMENTHEADER' instead of the user’s position title.

This is a Known Issue.
