3742259 - Change history or “View History” is not available for fields in the Talent Details portlet.

The Talent portlet does not retain previous values or provide “View History” or audit trail for fields like Talent Flag, Talent Category, Critical Skills, Risk of Loss, and Impact of Loss. 

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management.

1. Navigate to the employee’s profile.
2. Open the Talent Profile section
3. Go to the Talent Details portlet
4. Review current values (e.g., Talent Flag, Talent Category, Critical Skills, Risk of Loss)
5. Edit one or more fields and save the changes
6. Return to the Talent Details portlet and verify that previous values are not displayed and no “View History” or audit trail is available.

• The Talent Details portlet fields are not effective-dated HRIS elements and the portlet does not provide a built-in audit trail or “View History” functionality.

• Currently, tracking change history directly in the Talent Details portlet is not supported in SAP SuccessFactors. This portlet (including fields like Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss) does not provide a built-in audit trail or “View History” option, as these are not effective-dated HRIS elements.
