3742261 - How to Efficiently Search Event Notifications Using Payload Content in Event Notification Monitoring

In Event Notification Monitoring, the following behavior may be observed:

Certain event notifications (for example, service ticket update or close events) cannot be easily located.
Filtering only by date and time returns a large number of records and does not effectively narrow down the search.
It is not obvious that the monitoring search supports searching across the payload content, which makes tracing specific event notification instances difficult.
