Symptom

  • An error occurs when accessing the app "Transportation Cockpit".
  • Error message: "Page layout 0000000000000000001 not found".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app "Transportation Cockpit".
  2. Click on "Continue".

Cause

The scope item 6W2: Manual Transportation Planning is not activated. This scope item is required to generate the content used by the Transportation Cockpit.

Resolution

  1. Activate the scope item 6W2: Manual Transportation Planning.
  2. After activation completes, open the app "Transportation Cockpit" again and confirm it loads without the error.
