3742285 - The sorting behavior of search results in report center has been changed after the 2605 release

Symptom

The sorting behavior of search results in report center has been changed after the 2605 release.
Previously, search results were sorted by the degree of association with the search term, with the closest result appearing as the first result. After the 2605 release, all results related to the search term are sorted according to the pre-set report center sort, resulting in completely consistent result not appearing as the first result.

Reproducing the Issue

Login to the internal instance which is already on v2605
Go to report center
Try to search a report name
Notice that the completely consistent result is not appearing as the first result, which is not expected
As checked further, all results related to the search term are sorted according to the pre-set report center sort(e.g. last modified sort)
