3742320 - Meeting Subject and Agenda are appearing blank when trying to complete Schedule Offboarding Meetings Task - 1H 2026 Release

Symptom

  • Meeting Subject in Schedule Offboarding Meetings Task is appearing blank
  • Agenda in Schedule Offboarding Meetings Task is appearing blank
  • Post 1H 2026 Release, when trying to complete Schedule Offboarding Meeting Task, we notice that the Meeting Subject and Agenda are blank
  • Prior to the release, these fields were pre-populated

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1H 2026

Cause

This is a Known Issue with fix pending in the P2 Patch cycle

Resolution

The engineering team has created a fix for the issue in the upcoming P2 Patch cycle. This will be released on the 28th of April for all the Preview instances. We would request you to test this issue 24 hours after the patch has been successfully released.

This would also be patched on all the production environments on the 15th of May to ensure there is no disruption after the production release.
