3742387 - IHC: End-of-Day process jobs get stuck with error 1G116 during account balancing

During the End-of-Day (EoD) step process for the program RFBKCONC, Mass Account Balancing (Interest/Charges), the execution was canceled due to the following error message: "Selection date must be before posting date of payment transactions" (Message no. 1G116).

This issue prevents the successful completion of the EoD processing for all payments through the IHC module and may lead to discrepancies in account balancing.
