Symptom

  • Story report user synchronization from the identity provisioning service to the analytics target fails for users.
  • Error in provisioning logs: "error=No entity found by unique attribute for entity type 'user'. Caused by: No resource found from https://xxx.analytics.cloud.sap/api/v1/scim/Users?filter=userName eq ..."
  • When accessing Story reports, users see: "User Profile Not Found: Your profile is not correctly configured for Story reports. This can be a user sync issue."
