Symptom
- In CMC, the Inboxes tab is not visible for non-admin users even when enabled via the CMC Tab Configuration panel.
- The same non-admin users can access their own Inbox only from BI Launchpad.
- Granting the “Everyone” group Full Control on Inboxes “Top-level security” makes the Inboxes tab appear in CMC, but then users can access other users’ inboxes.
- Granting the “Everyone” group Full Control (owner) on Inboxes “Top-level security” causes the Inboxes tab to disappear from CMC.
