3742450 - Value is not displayed for "Records per Page" on secondary window search results after the 1H2026 Release

Symptom

When using filter search windows, the "Records per Page" field in the search result is not showing a number after the 1H 2026 release.

Potential selectable values are present in the dropdown, but the pre-selected number is not displayed in the field for the admins.
