• Internal candidates are unable to update Internal Candidate Profile or apply for jobs due to an application error.
• Error details on back-end: "javax.persistence.OptimisticLockException: Row was updated or deleted by another transaction (or unsaved-value mapping was incorrect) : [com.successfactors.rcmcandidate.bean.info.CandidateBackground#1234"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Careers > My Candidate Profile
2. Fill in required fields
3. Click Save
4. An application error occurs
