3742479 - Deleted BRF+ output appears again in change mode - this not happens with NAST output logic usage

Symptom

You are using S/4Hana output control (a.k.a BRF+ output control) in a purchasing document. A dispatch time 2 output is determined into the purchasing document from OPD rules.
After the document was created you go into change mode (ME22n) and you delete the determined output. You then see that after this at another attempt to go into change mode of the document the output is again appearing.
