3742508 - Input cursor focus jumps intermittently during data entry in transactional GUI apps launched via Fiori Launchpad (FLP)

Symptom

  • During data entry, the cursor/caret intermittently jumps from the current field to another field in the screen.
  • In some cases, the previously entered value is cleared and focus moves to an unrelated header field.
  • The behaviour is observed in classic GUI apps rendered in the browser (for example, “Park Vendor Invoice” and “Create Purchase Order”).
  • Issue started after a recent kernel update.
  • No error messages are shown.
