3742509 - FAQ Class/Characteristics or Configuration/Classification not updating in SCM/EWM/ePPDS/DSC after Cif transfer

• Class and characteristics changes made in the leading system are not reflected in the SCM/EWM/ePPDS/DSC system after transfer.
• No errors appear during creation/activation of the integration model (CFM1/CFM2), but updates do not arrive in SCM/EWM/ePPDS/DSC.
• Possible related error messages observed in similar scenarios: “Program error message no. CLMM809 ‘Class &1 of class type 230 could not be created’” and “Characteristic *** could not be created” or “Class *** could not be created”.
• Classes and characteristics transfer from ECC/S4 to SCM/EWM/ePPDS/DSC system fails or encounters errors
