3742518 - Unable to use Document Header Text (BKPF-BKTXT) in free selection in Manage Automatic Payments(F110)

The field Document Header Text (BKPF-BKTXT) is not available in the Free Selection criteria while maintaining parameters in the Manage Automatic Payments app (F110).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Open the app Manage Automatic Payments.
2. Create or edit a payment run and maintain the required parameters (for ex: Run Date, Identification, Company Code).
3. In Free Selection 1, choose others to open the field selection.  
4. Search for the field Document Header Text (BKPF-BKTXT).
5. Observe that Document Header Text is not listed among the selectable fields.

• In F110, the Free Selection functionality in the payment program is designed based on specific logical databases.
• Consequently, selection is only possible for fields from the BKPF (Header) or BSEG (Item) tables that also exist within the BSIK (Vendor Open Items) or BSID (Customer Open Items) tables. 
• As the BKTXT (Document Header Text) field is not contained within these index tables (BSIK/BSID), it is currently not possible to perform a selection based on this field. 
• Furthermore, note that incorporating this field into the standard selection logic is not intended by SAP.
• Adding non-indexed header fields like BKTXT to the payment selection process would result in a significant negative impact on system performance during the payment run.
• There's no standard solution for this requirement.

Use alternative fields that are available in the Free Selection list, such as Reference (XBLNR) or Assignment (ZUONR), to filter the documents for payment.
