3742522 - New Proficiency scale creation is not possible with 1H2026 release

Symptom

With the 1H 2026 release the Create button during the new scale creation is not actionable.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profiles 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Talent Intelligence Hub // Rating Scale
  2. Select Create 
  3. Fill out the required fields
  4. See that the Create button at the bottom of the page is greyed out

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 28th April 2026 to the preview instances. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base.
