Symptom

Post 1H 2026 Release, When customizing the home page experience, the "Greeting by name" option gets automatically disabled after making changes in "Personalize your home page experience".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click "Personalize your home page experience" in Home
  2. Enable "Greeting by name" and save
  3. Click "Personalize your home page experience" in Home
  4. In "Quick Actions" tab or "Quick Links" tab, make some change and save
  5. Automatically disabled "Greeting by name"

Resolution

Engineering team is aware about the release issue and working on the fix. The KBA will be updated with fix dates.
