3742531 - Sync Alumni Data Job Not Available in Provisioning - Managed via Job Scheduler - Onboarding

The job type “Sync Alumni Data” is not found in Provisioning → Manage Scheduled Jobs.

This behavior is expected.

The “Sync Alumni Data” (Alumni Maintenance Job) is not configured or managed from Provisioning.
Instead, the job is created and maintained in:

• Admin Center → Scheduled Job Manager → Job Scheduler
• Entries visible in Provisioning → Monitor Jobs represent backend execution logs only and do not indicate job configuration availability in Provisioning.

To configure and execute the Alumni Maintenance Job:

1. Navigate to:
   Admin Center → Scheduled Job Manager → Job Scheduler
2. Create a new job or locate an existing one with:
   Job Type: Sync Alumni Data
3. Provide the required job parameters (e.g., Convert Terminated User to Alumni, Update Access Period, etc.)
4. Submit the job request
5. Once created:
   • The job will appear in the Job Scheduler list
   • Use “Run It Now” to execute the job manually, if required
6. Monitor job execution status within Job Scheduler
   • Note: Any entries in Provisioning are execution logs only
