Symptom

EFW2 form HR_F_MMREF_2 is being rejected with the error message:

ERROR Employer Contact Name (Position 228-254) This is a required field and must only contains letters (A-Z), number (0-9), spaces, hyphens, periods and apostrophes;
ERROR Employer Contact Phone Number (Position 255-269) This is a required field and must contain numeric data;
ERROR Employer Contact E-mail/Internet (Position 285-324) This is a required field and must have a valid format.
