3742551 - F4832 manage customer returns v2: "create with reference" unresponsive with type error "getBinding"

Symptom

  • In app F4832 – Manage Customer Returns Version 2, using Create with Reference > Create from Invoice results in no response after clicking Create (no success or error message).
  • Browser/console log shows: “TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getBinding')”.
  • The same scenario works in app F1708 – Manage Customer Returns.
