3742554 - Custom Logic Not Applied During Manual Business Partner Synchronization with /SHCM/BUPA_SYNC_S

When executing report /SHCM/BUPA_SYNC_S to manually synchronize employees to Business Partners, custom modifications implemented for Business Partner data (such as custom name formatting or additional fields) are not applied to the created Business Partner profiles.

However, when Business Partners are created automatically through standard HR-BP synchronization processes (such as during employee creation via PA30/PA40, EC replication, or iDoc processing), the same custom modifications work correctly.

This results in inconsistent Business Partner data depending on the synchronization method used.
