3742557 - 1H2026 Release - Delete Feedback button is visible in Continuous Feedback even when the feature is disabled

Symptom

The Delete Feedback button is still available, even though the option 'Disable Deleting Feedback' is selected in the Continuous Performance Management Configuration tool. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Select the 'Disable Deleting Feedback' option in the Continuous Performance Management Configuration tool
  2. Open the Continuous Feedback tool
  3. Open a received feedback
  4. See that the Delete Feedback button is still available and the feedback can be deleted

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed to Preview instances on 28th April 2026. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base
