Symptom
The date format for the effective-dated HRIS element has changed from "dd MMM yyyy" to "dd MMM, yy". The year format has been shortened, and a comma has been added between the month and year.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open a user's People Profile (Full Profile).
- Select All Actions > Change Job and Compensation Information.
- In effective-dated fields (for example, Job Information), observe the displayed date format shows "dd MMM, yy" instead of "dd MMM yyyy".
Resolution
The solution of this issue is currently under investigation with our Product Engineering.
