"All" Query Missing in Sales Organization OVS on Opportunity

1. Navigate to an Opportunity.
2. Go to the Sales Data section and open the Sales Organization OVS.
3. Click on Advanced Search and open Organize Queries.
4. Observe that the "All" query is missing from the list.

This is not a bug. The behavior you are seeing is by design.

As a hint, we would like to draw your attention to the title of the OVS dialog you will notice it reads "Sales Data" and not "Sales Organization." If you open the same OVS from the Account's Sales Organization field, you will see the title reads "Sales Organization" and the "All" query is available there.

These are two different selections. On the Opportunity, the system searches for a Sales Data combination, Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, and Division together, rather than a standalone Sales Organization.
