Symptom

  • 403 Forbidden error when trying to activate Health Monitoring
  • Error appears when saving updated use cases in transaction /SDF/ALM_SETUP
  • Certificate check may show a warning regarding the G5 certificate
  • In related checks, program /SDF/CALM_HEARTBEAT may fail with error ICM_HTTP_SSL_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED
  • Running configuration for Health Monitoring use case, you see a pop up asking to login on /shaproxy/<host> and then errors reporting:
    • Health Monitoring    Additional HANA Metrics    @5C@    <hostname>: No host agent client configuration found    SAP Help
    • Health Monitoring    Additional HANA Metrics    @5C@    Additional Hana Metrics cannot be collected.    SAP Help
    • Health Monitoring    Autodiscovery    @5C@    <hostname>_<SID>_<INSTNO>: Autodiscovery timed out
