3742638 - Unable to search for Hiring Manager in Add New Hire to Onboarding Page [Manual Onboarding] and Job Relationship Portlet

Symptom

  • Hiring Manager is unavailable when we try to add a candidate via Add New Hire to Onboarding
  • Manual Onboarding process cannot be completed since the Hiring Manager list does not show any users
  • When the user is completing New Hire Data Review or Manage Pending Hire, we are unable to select the managers from Job Relationship Portlet
  • This issue is happening since 1H 2026 Release.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

  • Please note that the issue has been resolved across all preview environments, and you may proceed with testing in any of them.
  • The fix has also been included in the upcoming production release to ensure there is no disruption to the hiring process once the 1H 2026 Code is live in Production.
