3742679 - Unable to Post Accruals for Freight Order Due to Error Message

Unable to post accruals for a road freight order using Monitor Accrual Posting app for Freight Orders.

Errors:
Net price must be greater than 0
Purchase order still contains faulty items
Condition is missing in pricing procedure

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to Monitor Accrual Posting for Freight Orders app
2. Attempt to post accruals for the freight order
3. Observe the errors in the Errors tab

Condition type is not maintained in the purchasing pricing procedure under Set Calculation Schema – Purchasing.(SSCUI 101095).

Maintain the condition type in the pricing procedure and later system should allow the posting. Soon after you post the freight document, the system creates a service purchase order (PO) and service entry sheet (SES). 

You can follow the below steps: (Set Calculation Schema – Purchasing.(SSCUI 101095)

1. Navigate to Business Configuration app and select Implementation Activities 
2. Navigate to Materials Management - Select Purchasing - Select Conditions
3. Define Price Determination Process & select Set Calculation Schema - Purchasing
4. Set Calculation Schema - Purchasing 
5. Select the pricing procedure & double click on Control Data - Under Condition Type column
6. Maintain the condition 
7. Select Save
