3742723 - MIRO: Sub-item (empties) remains after using 'Delete Unselected Items' - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

When processing a purchase order in MIRO that contains items with sub-items (empties/BOM components), the following behavior is observed:

• After unselecting the main item, the associated sub-item remains selected and cannot be manually unselected.
• Clicking 'Delete Unselected Items' removes only the main item; the sub-item remains in the list with no visible option to delete it.
• The expected behavior is that both the main item and its sub-item are removed together when 'Delete Unselected Items' is used.
