3742753 - Tray configuration defined by paper type is not working

Symptom

  • There is a requirement to set the paper tray used in the printer depending on the paper type (letterhead, heavy, etc.) for Adobe Forms spools.
  • The paper type has been defined in the XDC file or Job Profile file, but the printer does not recognize it.
