Symptom

  • Navigation from Service Order to Shipping Transaction in the CRM WebClient UI terminates on a BSP error screen instead of opening the target transaction.
  • Error: CX_BSP_WD_INCORRECT_IMPLEMENT.
  • The navigation link DOCFLO_W is not visible or configurable.
  • SM21 log shows a BRA message indicating NavigationalLink DOCFLOW for source view CUBTShippingDocFlow.BTDOCFLOW/ItemWindowOVE in component BT146I_SRVM.
