3742791 - "Hide Recruiting Link in the Main Navigation Menu" role-based permission - Recruiting Management

As of 1H 2026, there is a role-based permission available called "Hide Recruiting Link in the Main Navigation Menu".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

This role-based permission is intended to hide the Recruiting option from the Menu dropdown.

This RBP will not work in Preview environments. Since the code is already available in Preview instances, it is shown, but the button is intended for usage for Production environments.

If permissioned in Preview environments users will face the following issues:

• Recruiting Tab in Home Page dropdown missing.
• Any To-Do items or deep links to Requisitions will give errors such as 900-001-6.
