3742794 - S4CRM: System crash when running "premise by contract" search for canceled contracts in customer management

Symptom

  • In the customer management, attempting to review contracts via the "Premise by Contract" search causes the system to crash with "500 Internal Server Error The ASSERT condition was violated".
  • Specific contracts (for example, canceled contracts) cannot be reviewed; the search results in a dump.
    Note: The dump refers to "ASSERTION_FAILED" for CL_CRMS4_IU_BL_BASE->GET_LOCK_ENTRY for the line 6 "assert IS_KEY is not initial.".
  • The search works for active contracts.
  • An "internal server error" is observed during the search operation.
