3742817 - Option to Remove Curriculum is missing in new Curriculum Status page introduced with the 1H2026 release

Remove option disappears from Curricula Status page when the setting "enableLegacyUIReplacement" is enabled.

1. As a manager, assign a curriculum to your subordinate >
2. As a manager, access the curricula status page of the subordinate >
3. The Remove option will be there if the "enableLegacyUIReplacement" is disabled. However, it won't show if this setting is enabled.
