Symptom

  • I want to resend an invitation to a carrier in SAP Business Network for Logistics, but the previous invitation is already Accepted.
  • SAP Support cannot find a carrier account associated with the email address used in the original invitation.
  • When I try to recall the accepted invitation, the Recall Invitation option is not available in the application.
