3742918 - How to find Compliance documents or custom forms in a certain category during Onboarding process in Manage Documents

Would like to filter Compliance documents or custom forms generated during Onboarding process in a certain category.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Manage Documents.
2. Click Advanced Filters.

To find I9 and E-Verify forms

1. Select Entity Type as Person.
2. Select Document Category as USA I9 Forms and USA E-Verify Forms.
3. Apply the filters.

To find Compliance forms of USA and other countries

1. Select Entity Type as User.
2. Select Document Category as the compliance form like New Zealand Compliance forms.
3. Apply the filters.

To find custom forms

1. Select Entity Type as Onboardee.
2. Select Document Category as Custom New hire or Policy Agreement (depends on the category when the template is uploaded).
3. Apply the filters.
