• Users cannot release freight cost allocation documents in the “Manage Freight Cost Allocation Documents” app.
• Error message: “Error in account determination for account key TM1/TM2”.

The “Valuation Class” field is marked for the TM1/TM2 transaction key in Automatic Account Determination, which should not be the case.

This is a specific request to unselect the “Valuation Class” criterion for the TM1/TM2 transaction key in the Automatic Account Determination configuration which requires a customer facing role e.g. P&E Solution Achitect/ Customer Success Manager (CSM)/ Customer Success Partner (CSP) from SAP. Therefore please contact them for additional information and next applicable steps.

If you don't have an SAP customer facing role, you need to open a request via Customer Influence Portal.
