The "Refresh Assignment Header" option under Company System and Logo Settings is missing after a release upgrade when using the new admin experience.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings using the new admin experience (Next Gen Admin).
- Look for the "Refresh Assignment Header" action and observe that it is missing.
- Disable the new admin experience and access the legacy UI for Company System and Logo Settings to confirm the "Refresh Assignment Header" action is available there.
Cause
In the new admin experience of Company System and Logo Settings, the "Refresh Assignment Header" action is not available; it currently exists only in the legacy UI.
Resolution
Product Engineering has confirmed a fix that will be delivered via patch.
