Symptom

Unable to download profile photo directly in Latest People Profile.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open user profile
  2. Right click on profile photo of user
  3. Unable to download profile photo in jpg format.

Resolution

The issue has been resolved as of April 30, 2026 (Note: the fix only applied to 1H 2026 version). Users can now successfully download employee photos in JPG format from the latest People Profile.
