3743037 - Reward Statements Transfer from Inactive to Active Employment not working

• Error occurs when clicking Transfer in Manage Individual Talent Data Transfer for combined/reward statements between inactive and active employments.
• Message observed: "unable to retrieve the data for combined statements".

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

1. Open Manage Individual Talent Data Transfer.
2. Select a user who has two employments (one inactive and one active).
3. Choose source and target employments where combined/reward statements data exists to transfer.
4. Click Transfer; an error is returned and the data is not transferred.

A release defect
