3743080 - Changes to individual Competency or Skill ratings in Calibration not appear in Rating Change History

Symptom

When changing ratings of individual Competencies or Skills in a Calibration session, the rating change is not visible in Rating Change History of the session.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

Open a Calibration session and go to List view
Select an employee and click on Actions > Analyze
Change individual Competency or Skill ratings
Go to Rating Change History
The rating change is not visible
Change any Overall ratings in session
The rating change appears in Rating Change History

Resolution

This is an expected system behavior, Rating Change History only shows the rating changes for Overall Ratings in the session.
